The following Goods cannot be returned:
We do not offer refunds for our customized items. Unless we send the wrong products or the products arrive damaged, (during these cases the clients can contact us and we will find a solution for them), this policy applies to all of our customized products (about 95% of our products are customized). For our regular and non-customized products, we can accept returns if the clients pay for their own shipping. They must contact us within 3 days upon receiving the products.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
