Payment Terms and Policy

Thank you for choosing Lila and Lin for your custom furniture needs. This Payment Terms Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments for the products and services offered by our website. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to comply with these payment terms.


Payment Methods:

Overseas clients: We only accept payment by bank transfer/wire transfer.

Canadian clients: We can accept payment in Canadian dollars by Canadian interac (email money transfer).  

Hong Kong clients: We can take payments in HKD. Local pick-ups can be arranged to save on shipping cost.

For non-customized items under $300 USD, we accept payments through various secure and reliable payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and third-party payment processors such as PayPal.

We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at our discretion.



a.     The pricing for our custom sofas and related products/services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you place an order and make a payment, the price will remain fixed for that specific order. 

b.    All prices displayed on our website are in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges.


Order Placement and Payment:

a.     To initiate an order, please contact our design team, including selecting the desired sofa model, customizing it according to your preferences, and providing accurate order details. 

b.     Once your design details are finalized, we will send you a formal invoice via email with all order details. The payment instructions will be noted on your invoice.  

c.    We ask for 50% down deposit before production starts. The other 50% is due when the sofa pieces are finished and photos are shown to you for review.


Order Confirmation:

a.     Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email, which will include details such as your full name, delivery address, purchased items, customization specifications, pricing, and estimated production time.  

b.     It is your responsibility to review the order confirmation and notify us immediately if you find any discrepancies or errors.


Cancellations and Modifications:

Once order is received, production usually starts immediately. We do not accept cancellations or modifications once the sale is processed.


Security and Privacy:

We do not share your payment information, such as credit card numbers or bank account information with any other parties. All payment transactions, including all personal details are confidential and secured in our internal data base.


Late Payments and Non-payment:

a.     If your payment is declined or not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order or delay the production and delivery of your custom sofa. 

b.     In the case of late payments: If, for whatever reason, the client would like us to store the sofas for them for an extended period of time after the production is finished (a month after we send the final invoice), we charge a storage fee of $3 USD per cubic meter per day.


Refunds and Returns:

a.  Our refund and return policies are outlined separately in our Return and Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for detailed information on the process and eligibility criteria for refunds or returns.



a.     Any payment-related disputes or issues should be brought to our attention promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such disputes in a fair and timely manner.
